LogiNXT
Enterprise transportation management platform — vehicle tracking, driver management and violation monitoring — running as multi-tenant SaaS for multiple client fleets.
01 · The Context & Challenge
Fleet operators were running tracking, driver management and violation monitoring across disconnected tools. Growing the product meant per-client deployments: every new fleet customer cost another install, another migration, another support surface. The system needed to become a shared platform without giving any client access to another's data.
02 · Technical Contributions
- Lead full-stack development of the platform, directing architecture decisions end to end — database design through CI/CD deployment on AWS.
- Designed the multi-tenancy architecture that reduced per-client deployment overhead and simplified onboarding of new fleet customers onto a shared platform.
- Own end-to-end delivery of real-time coaching and chat features built on WebSockets, improving driver responsiveness and reducing incident review time for fleet managers.
- Drive technical direction for the team — code reviews, Laravel/Vue.js coding standards, and mentoring mid-level developers.
03 · Architectural Highlights
A single shared platform serves multiple client fleets. Onboarding a new fleet customer became a configuration task instead of a deployment project.
Driver coaching and chat run on WebSockets — dispatchers and fleet managers act on live state instead of reviewing incidents after the fact.
Prototyping AI-driven driver-coaching features with open-source LLMs served through Ollama and ONNX Runtime — a self-hosted alternative to third-party AI APIs.
Owns the path from database schema to CI/CD deployment on AWS for the whole team.

05 · Measurable Outcomes
- A shared multi-tenant platform serving multiple client fleets, with per-client deployment overhead designed out.
- Real-time coaching and chat that improved driver responsiveness and reduced incident review time for fleet managers.
- A team with set coding standards, regular reviews, and mentoring for mid-level developers.
