Governing protocols for the use of our sovereign AI infrastructure.
01. Protocol Acceptance
Interaction with our infrastructure implies full adherence to these governing protocols. If the user does not align with these terms, access to the platform should be terminated.
02. Utility Provision
AI tools are provided as a sovereign utility, in an "as-is" state, without warranties. Strategic deployment and risk assessment reside with the end-user.
03. User Conduct
Users agree to maintain high-integrity interaction. Misuse of infrastructure, unauthorized penetration, or illegal utility deployment is strictly prohibited.
04. Service Availability
Continuous access to AI infrastructure is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to deploy maintenance cycles or suspend utility at our discretion.
05. Intellectual Property
Infrastructure, technical assets, and visual identity remain the property of the developer. Users retain rights to the downstream outputs generated via the platform.
06. Liability Limitation
We assume no liability for downstream impacts, damages, or outputs generated through user interaction with the AI models.
07. Protocol Evolution
These terms are subject to iterative evolution. Continued engagement with the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest protocol version.
